Yoga Therapy combines a unique and proven process of treating the cause, not just your symptoms. The natural state of the human body is one of symmetry and balance. Through human development, trauma, stress, work and recreation, our bodies move away from this natural symmetry causing discomfort. If you feel pain or discomfort during daily activities, or have difficulty with movement, we can explore the use of breath, movement and meditation to help you bring yourself into balance.
We will work together to find the practices which will empower you towards healing and wholeness. Our first session will include a comprehensive assessment of your history, lifestyle and musculo skeletal patterns. From this information we will together design a program to meet your needs.
