Yoga Therapy combines a unique and proven process of treating the cause, not just your symptoms. If you feel pain or discomfort during daily activities, or have difficulty with movement, we can explore the use of breath, movement and meditation to help you bring yourself into balance.
If you are an athlete, or a weekend warrior and having difficulty with your cycling, running or training, we can find a yoga practice to help improve your performance.
Our first session will include a comprehensive assessment of your history, lifestyle and musculo skeletal patterns. From this information we will together design a program to meet your needs.
